The Berkshire Black breed is the oldest registered pig breed, kept by the royal family at Windsor Castle for hundreds of years.

Our Rare Breed Pigs are Reared Outdoors on the Euston Estate in Suffolk. Home to the Dukes of Grafton for over 350 years.

The Euston Estate is under the Stewardship of Lady Clare the Lord Leftenant to the Queen.

The Berkshire Black Breed is crossed with the Duroc Breed to give a coupling of the Fantastic, Rich Flavour from the Berkshire and the Fine Slivers of Marbling from the Duroc to give us Berkshire Heritage

Our sausages are made with tasty, succulent Suffolk Pork shoulder and belly meat, combined with delicious seasonings and mixed with fresh chicken stock.

Once filled into natural casings the sausages are allowed to hang overnight to settle & packed to order the next day. The leanness of the meat gives the sausages a good firm bite. This makes them the breakfast choice of many but will also make a delicious simple supper or perhaps an indulgent sausage sandwich. Sausage & Mash need never be predictable again.
