We deliver every day - All orders placed before 12pm (noon) will be delivered the following day. All orders placed after this cut off time will rolled over to the next days delivery schedule.
We have 2 Delivery Timing Slots for you to choose at checkout. Your order will not be processed unless you choose one of these timings

- 4.00pm to 9.00pm

An automatic AED 20.00 delivery charge will apply to all orders that fall below this amount
If you are unhappy with a product once it has been delivered, then please contact us on the day of delivery or latest the next day.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
