This chef's knife with its 20cm blade is the ideal knife for the heavy duty dicing and slicing of meat or vegetables. Designed by Alex a British Chef based here in Dubai. Alex spent many months getting the knife just right. From the dual dexterity handle which is comfortable and ergonomic, while the blades have a vg10 core and a layered Damascus steel offering strength whilst retaining their sharpness for much longer.
