- Diamond sharpening steel – AR-M knives is proud to present the diamond carbide honing steel measuring 8 inches in length plus the handle with a stainless steel hook for easy storage and access. 4-5 strokes either side of this oval shaped diamond steel will leave your knife feeling sharper than ever, because of the enlarged surface area in the oval design gives more blade coverage therefore utilizing the carbides and honing your knife edge further.
