  • How to cook

    Grill Frozen

    Grill Cook time: 18 min. - 20 min.

    Pre-heat the grill to a medium heat.

    Remove required amount from packaging.

    Place onto the wire rack of a grill pan.

    Turn frequently, reduce heat if necessary.

    Shallow Fry Frozen

    Shallow Fry Cook time: 15 min. - 18 min.

    Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan.

    Remove required amount from packaging.

    Fry over a medium heat.

    Turn frequently, reduce heat if necessary.

    Oven Frozen

    Fan 180ºC Cook time: 25 min. - 30 min.

    Gas 6 Cook time: 25 min. - 30 min.

    For conventional electric ovens adjust time and temperature to suit.

    Pre-heat oven.

    Remove required amount from packaging.

    Place on a baking tray with raised edges near the middle of the oven.

    Turn half way through cooking.
