This santoku knife with its 17cm blade is ideal for slicing vegetables with it's granton edge to prevent food from sticking to it. Designed by Alex a British Chef based here in Dubai. Alex spent many months getting the knife just right. From the dual dexterity handle which is comfortable and ergonomic, while the blades have a vg10 core and a layered Damascus steel offering strength whilst retaining their sharpness for much longer.
