This slicing knife with a 20cm blade is ideal for skinning salmon fillets and other larger fish. Designed by Alex a British Chef based here in Dubai. Alex spent many months getting the knife just right. From the dual dexterity handle which is comfortable and ergonomic, while the blades have a vg10 core and a layered Damascus steel offering strength whilst retaining their sharpness for much longer.
